Intercession Ministry

“ Ask, and it will be given to you ; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you ” ( Mathew 7:7 ) . Relying on this verse whole heartedly, the director of Centre has formed sanctuaries with exposed Blessed Sacrament to bring heaven down to the earth. Through an earnest intercessory prayers for the various intentions, prayers and supplication of retreatants, sick and suffering and other people. The different groups are set apart such as priests, nuns, lay men and women and, youth in each of those chapels with special intentions. This ministry remains as the power house and the back bone of all other spiritual activities over here. They gather in different chapels to pray for the world, the church, all ministries, missionaries, youth and families. Profoundly grateful to the merciful God for the powerful intercession groups along with their mortification, abstention, fasting, penance and sacrificial life.
Every ministry of the Centre is centered on Holy Eucharist, recognising it as the source and summit of Christian life. In the Eucharistic memorial of his sacrifice on the Cross, Jesus pours out the graces of salvation on those who unite themselves to him as sharers in His body and blood, forming a single body. All the other sacraments are directed to the Eucharist because it contains Christ Himself, whose presence heals, restores and forgives us. Today this Retreat Centre stands as a true ‘ abode of the Holy Eucharistic ministry ’, which restores people to a right relationship with God through profound mystery of the Holy Eucharist. As Psalm 34:5 reminds us, “ Looked to him and be radiant ” . Those who look at him find restoration and fullness of life. Living with a constant awareness of the spiritual reality infuses all with qualities such as love, joy and peace, a radiant life indeed.
